Embers Within - Embers Within is a therapy group designed specifically for men 18 years or older to address their issues with anger. You've reached a point in your life where you don't want to live with anger all the time, or a loved one with this problem is negatively affecting the relationship around you. The good news is, things CAN change! However, we promise you it will be the toughest work you will do in your life, that it will take a level of courage, strength, and dedication which you may never have called upon in your life. You will confront fear, shame, guilt, and perhaps even grief as you process those personal things behind the veil of anger. But the great news is, you don't have to do it alone! You can get the inspiration and support from other men who are going through the same journey you are.
